Steps to Find Model and Serial Number in Galaxy Buds
You can find the serial number and model number for your Galaxy Buds on a sticker on the box. If you can't find the box, you can also find the details through the Galaxy Wearable app.
- Connect your Galaxy Buds to your mobile device
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app
- Tap Earbud settings
- Tap About Galaxy Buds
- The model number and serial number for your Buds will be displayed
