Steps to Find Model and Serial Numbers on Samsung TVs

Your TV product codes are located on a label on the back panel of your TV.
If you have a smart TV, you can also find the model code and serial number through the settings menu. Visit our FAQs for more information on TV model and serial numbers.
Through the settings
- Open the Settings menu
- Select Support
- Select About This TV
- Your model code, serial number and software version of your TV will be displayed on-screen
