Returns & Warranty Policy
**IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ**
This Returns & Warranty Policy is applicable to all Spare Parts purchased online via Samsung Parts Website and through Samsung Customer Service Plaza (SSCNZ LIMITED)
All Return
requests must be submitted on the returns page in
order to proceed. Any return without prior arrangement with us may not be
approved and all return requests will be subject to review and decision by SSCNZ LIMTED.
Spare Parts
Warranty
Without
limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, any spare parts
purchased from Samsung Parts Website or
SSCNZ Limited that are faulty due to manufacturing defect are covered under a
90 day warranty period from delivery date and we can provide exchange if
available. Should a replacement be unavailable, a refund will be provided. The
faulty part will need to be returned with original packaging in order for a remedy to be considered .
*Due to health and safety risks, any consumable parts such as water filters, earbuds or watch straps will not be replaced or refunded under warranty if seal is peeled/broken unless the product defect is verified by SSCNZ LIMITED.
Items Damaged
in Transit
Ensure items
are checked upon delivery for any transit damage to the parcel/item.
Unless
Consumer Guarantees Act applies, any damaged items will need to be reported to
us within 48 hours of delivery with appropriate photo evidence and neither
samsungnzparts.co.nz nor SSCNZ LMITIED will be liable for any damaged items if
not reported within this timeframe.
Original packaging including the part label and packaging materials must be kept for any transit damage claim purposes and compensation will be rejected if original packaging is no longer available.
Change Of Mind or Incorrect Order by Mistake
Neither
samsungnzparts.co.nz nor SSCNZ Limited provide refunds or credit for any
returns due to change of mind, change of circumstances or incorrect orders.
If an
incorrect order is placed, exchange can still be provided with a correct item
if stock is available to order. In these cases, the maximum period is within 14
days from receiving the item.
Extra
shipping will be charged for items returned to us without confirmation which
need to be sent back again.
Returns may
incur a restocking fee of 20% if not received in its original condition.
Incorrect Items Supplied
If you have
been supplied with an incorrect item due to our error or misinformation, you
must notify us within 7 days of delivery date. The incorrect item will first
need to be returned to us in a resalable / unused condition within 14 days from
the delivery date in order for us to supply the correct item (subject to stock
availability) or refund.
